Introduction to the Tubular Heaters

Most of the Tubular Heaters Manufacturers have designed, engineer and manufacture the tubular heaters to the specifications which are needed for it to work well. The heaters are designed for the direct immersion in the liquids such as oil, water, and other solvents as well as the air and the gas. These tubular heaters are same to immersion heaters. These tubes are designed to fit any shape and range or the size of the application. The uses of the tubular heater are applied in the heating applications such as the plastic injection molding, plastic welding, rubber molding and the plate heat. Also in food processing plants the form of the tubular heat is used to sterilize little acid liquid food. Researchers also use them to heat the metals and also utilized for the climate control. Industries are using this tubular heater as it helps a lot due to its characteristic. These heaters also are employed in homes and the offices to heat the air. Ranging from different Tubular Heaters Manufacturers, tubular heaters differ in the terms and the characteristics such as the corrosion and the explosion proof.
Micro Coil Heater
They are manufactured in the two diameters that are, (1.5 meters and 1.8 meters). The heaters are covered with the axial clamps which act as the sole protection to offer the adjustability and the loading at the front end. It is also designed with the fitments and the predefined dimensions coils to help in the downtime hours that are in case of the heater failure. There are different varieties of the micro coil heaters which are Microtubular heaters, microtubular bushing heaters, and the conical microtubular heaters.
Flanged Immersion Heaters
Flanged immersion heaters are manufactured for the boilers, mining, general industrial use and the petrochemical applications. They are covered by the particular element which prevents the corrosion, highly viscous oils, high pressure or the hazardous areas.
Design Consideration of the Flanged Heater
Sheath material: That is the element tube must be matched to the medium to be heated. The priority is to consider the issues which affect the heater such as the corrosion resistance, temperature stability, chemical stability and many other factors.
Flow Rate: The flow rate should be kept as it improves the heat transfer. The flow velocities are necessary and the flow characteristics.

Physical sizing of the element should be considered balanced and mounted in a right manner against the criteria design.
